All content on NicheDock is protected by intellectual property rights. Users retain ownership of their content but grant us license to use it for platform operations.
6. Limitation of Liability
NicheDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
